Kid's Night Out
It’s a night out for the kids, and a break for the parents. The evening’s agenda: swimming, movie, gym games, arts & crafts, healthy snack, and of course, FUN!

Tumbling & Gymnastics

Move like a butterfly, sting like a bee. Our certified instructor teaches basic footwork, defensive moves, and conditioning using heavy bags, speed bags, and focus mittings. This is a non-contact course.
Fit for Kids
Strength training, coordination, and cardio conditioning all rolled into one amazing class. Kids will participate in fun, cross training workouts through games and activities.
Kids in Motion
On the move kids develop their gross motor skills during games and activities to upbeat music.

This clinic teaches the fundamentals of racquetball, which includes: fore- and backhand, game rules, serves and returns, and strategies.
