Babysitting Course

Saturday, April 7 | 9:00am – 4:00pm

Learn the essential skills needed for caring for children. Become a certified babysitter that knows how to handle emergencies and has the most up-to-date training.

Fencing

Spring I – April 3 – May 8

Spring II – May 15 – June 19

On guard, fence! Students will learn the proper stance, basic foot- and blade work, and the fundamental techniques. Learn through exercises and games that strengthen the body and improve mobility.

Come tumble away at the introductory course. Learn the basic tumbling and gymnastics skills with an emphasis on flexibility and self-confidence.

Kid's Night Out

It’s a night out for the kids, and a break for the parents. The evening’s agenda: swimming, movie, gym games, arts & crafts, healthy snack, and of course, FUN!

Boxing

Move like a butterfly, sting like a bee. Our certified instructor teaches basic footwork, defensive moves, and conditioning using heavy bags, speed bags, and focus mittings. This is a non-contact course.

Fit for Kids

Spring I – April 5 – May 10

Spring II – May 17 – June 21

Strength training, coordination, and cardio conditioning all rolled into one amazing class. Kids will participate in fun, cross training workouts through games and activities.

Yoga

Introduction to yoga for kids of all fitness and flexibility levels. Fun way to release energy and build confidence.

Racquetball

This clinic teaches the fundamentals of racquetball, which includes: fore- and backhand, game rules, serves and returns, and strategies.
