Search Classes Cycle-Power
Cycle power is the direct result of force (resistance) and cadence (speed). To improve fitness and overall performance goals on the bike, classes will include an emphasis on strength, speed and stamina. Participants will be able to measure their own individual workload and strive to increase sustained efforts over time.
Cycle power takes the guesswork out of fitness levels and the ability to see changes in performance from ride to ride over the long term.
