Balance – It’s a loaded word, especially during this last year when we’ve had to deal with everything under the sun to throw us mentally and physically out of, and o, balance. Come join Sandra to understand and practice the basics of balance through the complex interaction between the inner ear, vision and the somatosensory system. Through guided meditations, yoga poses, pranayama (breath work) and discussions, this workshop will leave you feeling grounded, hopeful, open and aware of your mental and physical awareness of balance.
