EVENT DETAILS

Bounce is Rebounding on a mini trampoline, set to fun music and stimulating choreography. In Beginner, we learn the basic ‘bounces’ first, then challenge ourselves with some simple combos to leave class feeling accomplished. Some classes may incorporate strength exercises off the trampoline. This class is recommended to take before Intermediate.
