This well-rounded program goes beyond the workout\, combining strength\, mobility\, and education to build a more efficient and resilient body. \nParticipants will experience a blend of hands-on training and practical workshops\, including foam rolling for recovery\, calisthenics for bodyweight strength and control\, and a yoga-based strength flow using light weights to improve mobility and stability.
