This week I completed two classes with two different incredible trainers. On Tuesday night, I took HIIT with Rachael – boy is she a killer! It took three days for the muscles in my quads to not feel like they were on fire.
Earlier this morning, I took Glutes/Core with Zach. I definitely was not in the mood to get up and workout because of all the rain but I am so glad I did! To this point, I cannot believe we are about a month into the Fall Challenge – these weeks have been flying by.
I feel a lot stronger than I did a month ago, even though I may not be able to see it in the mirror, I can definitely feel it. I am looking forward to stepping back onto the In-Body scale at the end of the Challenge to see if my Body Mass Index has gone up in percentage.
I also have received an email from MYZONE after leaving class this morning saying that I have reached my goal for MEPs, so I just increased my goal for the next upcoming weeks to see if I can crush them!
