EVENT DETAILS
A low-impact, yet intense full-body workout that blends dance, pilates, and functional strength exercises to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. The class will be using a wall-mounted barre, resistance bands, weights and other fun props. Mind and body will be challenged and glutes, abs and core will burn as you flow through this one-hour class.
