Active Aging - Cardio Kickboxing

A low impact, standing only kickboxing inspired class, designed to challenge your endurance, balance and cardio endurance. Dare to take your workout to a place that takes you out of your comfort zone, leaving you feeling confident, motivated, and safe.

Active Aging - Power Hour

This class provides a safe and effective way to increase health and fitness while staying low impact.  Power Hour focuses on all elements of functional fitness; cardiovascular health, strength, mobility, flexibility, breath-work, and balance.  Light dumbbells and resistance loops will be used to improve muscular strength and endurance, while also improving flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Chairs will be available during class, and there will be options for all ages and fitness levels – everyone is encouraged to attend!

Active Aging - Stability & Strength

In this class, the standing balance work is aimed at increasing your stability and working not only your body, but your brain with different coordination drills. We focus on strengthening the lower body with multiple squat, lunge, and kick progressions as well as utilize resistance band exercises to assist with correcting posture and recruiting inner unit muscles connected with better balance. Join us to find your inner strength and core challenge!

Cycle HIIT

Cycle HIIT class is a workout on a cycle bike that intersperses short bursts of intense exercise at an effort level close to maximum, with short periods of recovery. When HIIT intervals are applied to a cycle bike, we challenge our heart rate in ways that take our cardiovascular training to the next level.  From sprints, to heavy climbs, to power climbs, prepare to sweat in just a 30-minute ride set to upbeat and motivating music. 

Cycle Power

Cycle power is the direct result of force (resistance) and cadence (speed). To improve fitness and overall performance goals on the bike, classes will include an emphasis on strength, speed and stamina. Participants will be able to measure their own individual workload and strive to increase sustained efforts over time. Cycle power takes the guesswork out of fitness levels and the ability to see changes in performance from ride to ride over the long term.

Cycle Threshold Series

Join Lori for a 6-Week power journey, learning how to become more aware of power output correlation to various movements, techniques and intensities.  Classes will focus on the relationship between Watts (power), cadence (speed), heart rate, and effort.  In the first class, we will establish an initial baseline, then over 6-weeks we’ll work with intention, function and track personal progress and overall fitness gains!

Happy Hour Cycle

This 45-minute Cycle ride is JUST what you need to finish out the week.  With different themes to look forward to, this rhythm ride will leave you feeling energized and ready for the weekend!!


Athletic Conditioning

A metabolic fire starter! A weights and conditioning class that consists of 1-minute rounds with 15 seconds rest. Bring your “A” game!

Cardio Kickboxing

This energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and Muay Thai Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, you punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior fitness. This class is designed to tone and shape, increase strength and endurance, and builds self-confidence.

Extreme HIIT Chaos

Extreme HIIT Chaos is an easy to follow systematic High Intensity Interval methodology offering progressive levels of muscle challenging controlled chaos and carrying ratios of high intensity work followed by periods of rest. Participants will self select what is right for them by challenging the muscles differently in every workout for faster results. When you train in chaos, you are ready for anything. This is an easy-to-follow, full body workout. 

Jump Shred

This class is a one-stop shop for hitting your cardio and strength targets for the day. Using a jump rope as our primary source of cardio, we combine strength exercise using medicine balls, dumbbells, and sand bells to shred your muscles. This 40-minute workout can be low, or high impact. While intense, this class can be modified for most fitness levels.

Jump Tabata
A true battle between mind and body in this challenging 30-minute Jump Rope class.  With work to rest ratios set at 2:1, we push ourselves outside of our comfort zones.  bodyweight exercises and Jump Ropes allow us to move quickly to smash a challenging workout in a short amount of time.

Barre HIIT

Barre HIIT is an upbeat fusion class adding cardio bursts into our low impact traditional thigh and glute barre exercises. Barre HIIT will elevate your heart rate, helping you burn calories faster while strengthening and toning your entire body. Class will focus on cardio core, in-depth body weight movement and a lengthening cool down to bring our heart rates back down to Earth.

Barre Sculpt
A low-impact, yet intense full-body workout that blends dance, Pilates, and functional strength exercises to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. The class uses a wall-mounted barre, resistance bands, weights and other fun props. Mind and body will be challenged and glutes, abs and core will burn as you flow through this one-hour class.
Creative Core Pilates

Discover new connections and core strength in this Pilates based foam roller class. You will learn movements that connect you to center and challenge your stability, mobility, and strength. We will do fun variations of traditional Pilates and fitness exercises. You will leave feeling lengthened and energized.


If you are looking to improve your range of motion, this is the class for you! Accessing yoga and dance training techniques as well as using weights, straps and blocks we will safely explore ways to increase mobility. All levels are welcome but be ready to work hard, we’ll get long AND strong!

Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion is a mat based Pilates workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance and overall body awareness. The class will work on lengthening and strengthening the muscles while giving you a full body workout. This high energy class utilizes the magic circle, theraband, small ball, light weights and roller to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. The class is fun and fluid- a great compliment to any mind/body practice!

Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is a traditional Pilates class. A Mat class includes a series of exercises performed on a soft mat on the floor.  During a Mat class, your instructor will safely guide you through an exercise sequence designed to build strength, stability and flexibility.


Aqua Zumba

Just add water and shake. Splash your way into shape with the invigorating low-impact pool party. Get wet, get down and get fit.

H20 Body Blast

H2O Body Blast is a high intensity water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym! This is special because it is a cross-training of HIIT, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardio exercises. Whether you are a recreational swimmer or you have an extensive swimming background, this class will push you to your limit!

HIIT the Deep

HIIT the DEEP is an aqua class focusing on working out in the deep end. This 45-minute total body workout is designed to increase endurance, tone muscles, and burn calories all while suspended in deep water. Intervals of high intensity work and less intense rest periods are used. Non-swimmers are welcome as aqua belts are provided to keep you afloat, so put one on and join in!

All Levels Yoga

A gentle form of exercise that seeks to unite mind, body and spirit. The focus is on long stretches in various yoga postures, combined with slow, deep breathing. Energize your body, improve flexibility and reduce back pain.

Align & Flow

Align your body and your mind. A slower paced flow focusing on alignment. Poses will be held for multiple rounds of breath. Build strength and flexibility, improve range of motion, and relieve tension.

Alignment Fundamentals

Learning and building upon foundational asana, Alignment Fundamentals uses a breath centered approach to help students find the ideal physical and energetic alignment for their bodies. Using a standing flow with a pivotal “peak pose,” students will learn how to deepen their practice through body awareness, varying alignment cues, and props. All levels welcome.

Chair Yoga

This class is designed for members with limit abilities of holding regular poses, getting down & up off the floor.

Energy Flow

Create fluid movement with a concentration on energy flow coordinated with the breath. Breathing techniques are used to engage the practitioner with their life force (the breath). Flowing through different sequences with a concentration on different joints and relating parts of the body. All classes end with a guided meditation that focuses on a centering thought and awareness.

Gentle Yoga

Slow things down a bit and gradually work your way into the postures. Transitions are kept simple and modifications are given to help you adapt the practice to your unique body. Suitable for all levels.

Rise & Shine Yoga

Start your day with a burst of energy and joy in this class designed for all levels of yoga practitioners. Includes breath work, deep stretching and traditional yoga poses to strengthen and cleanse the mind and body.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga class is a sequence of only 5 or 6 poses supported by props, held for 5-10 minutes each. These poses allow the person to fully relax and restore. The poses include child’s pose, gentle twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends. Light music, chanting, mantras, and meditation are used to  inspire an even more friendly and relaxed environment.

Space & Stability

This class is designed for all levels and is appropriate for practicing either on a yoga mat or chair. Practice focus is on awareness and alignment, to improve balance and stability, and on opening spaces which feel tight due to emotional and or physical factors. All stretches and poses can be modified to suit any level of practice.

Strong Flow

This class integrates strength, flexibility and concentration also known as Dharana in Sanskrit, through a series of postures linked together through breath and movement.

Yoga Flow

Flow from one posture to the next, with or without holding. A meditation in motion, these classes are designed to build flexibility and strength while linking your movement with your breath. Yoga experience recommended.

Yin Yang

Yin Yang Yoga is a class that balances the Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practice for the second half of the class. This class can provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting flow sequence that sets you on your way for an amazing rest of the evening.
