Active Aging - Stability & Strength
In this class, the standing balance work is aimed at increasing your stability and working not only your body, but your brain with different coordination drills. We focus on strengthening the lower body with multiple squat, lunge, and kick progressions as well as utilize resistance band exercises to assist with correcting posture and recruiting inner unit muscles connected with better balance. Join us to find your inner strength and core challenge!
Stationary cycling. Great music and an instructor that will motivate you as you spin your wheels!
Cycle power is the direct result of force (resistance) and cadence (speed). To improve fitness and overall performance goals on the bike, classes will include an emphasis on strength, speed and stamina. Participants will be able to measure their own individual workload and strive to increase sustained efforts over time. Cycle power takes the guesswork out of fitness levels and the ability to see changes in performance from ride to ride over the long term.
All Sport’s signature classes taught by top-notch instructors. Each class is 30-45 mins with an emphasis on core strength.
A fun filled, sweat drenched, functionally efficient workout that will challenge your body in new ways, improve lean muscle mass, and rev your metabolism. Bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises interspersed with brief periods of recovery. A great way to get a BIG workout with multiple benefits in a SMALL amount of time!
This class is a one-stop shop for hitting your cardio and strength targets for the day. Using a jump rope as our primary source of cardio, we combine strength exercise using medicine balls, dumbbells, and sand bells to shred your muscles. This 40-minute workout can be low, or high impact. While intense, this class can be modified for most fitness levels.

BARRE & PILATES
A non-impact, total mind-body workout that combines light weights, intense lower body work at the barre and an abdominal sequence. The exercises are balanced by deep, active stretches to create the long lean muscles dancers have!
Join us for a total body barefoot sculpting class. You will roll out your mat and utilize props such as bands, weights, magic circle and more all set to an upbeat playlist. Come sculpt, lengthen and flow in this low impact fusion class. All levels welcome!
If you are looking to improve your range of motion, this is the class for you! Accessing yoga and dance training techniques as well as using weights, straps and blocks we will safely explore ways to increase mobility. All levels are welcome but be ready to work hard, we’ll get long AND strong!
Foam Roller Pilates
Discover new connections and core strength in this Pilates based foam roller class. You will learn movements that connect you to center and challenge your stability, mobility, and strength. We will do fun variations of traditional Pilates and fitness exercises. You will leave feeling lengthened and energized.
Functional Range Conditioning
Focus on mobility development, maximing range of motion and joint function to reduce pain and injury.
Pilates Mat is a traditional Pilates class. A Mat class includes a series of exercises performed on a soft mat on the floor. During a Mat class, your instructor will safely guide you through an exercise sequence designed to build strength, stability and flexibility.
Pilates Fusion is a mat based Pilates workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance and overall body awareness. The class will work on lengthening and strengthening the muscles while giving you a full body workout. This high energy class utilizes the magic circle, theraband, small ball, light weights and roller to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. The class is fun and fluid- a great compliment to any mind/body practice!

H20 Body Blast
H2O Body Blast is a high intensity water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym! This is special because it is a cross-training of HIIT, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardio exercises. Whether you are a recreational swimmer or you have an extensive swimming background, this class will push you to your limit!
HIIT the Deep
HIIT the DEEP is an aqua class focusing on working out in the deep end. This 45-minute total body workout is designed to increase endurance, tone muscles, and burn calories all while suspended in deep water. Intervals of high intensity work and less intense rest periods are used. Non-swimmers are welcome as aqua belts are provided to keep you afloat, so put one on and join in!
Aerobics in the pool. Non-swimmers are welcome. Includes toning exercises.

All Levels Yoga
A gentle form of exercise that seeks to unite mind, body and spirit. The focus is on long stretches in various yoga postures, combined with slow, deep breathing. Energize your body, improve flexibility and reduce back pain.
This class is designed for members with limit abilities of holding regular poses, getting down & up off the floor.
This class provides the experience of a gentle Yin practice holding poses with support while deepening our knowledge of the chakras. Each week we will focus on a different chakra, its physical location in the body, and how it manifests in your physical and emotional well-being. We’ll explore a few ways to stimulate and support the highlighted chakra. Balancing our chakras helps to eliminate stress and maintain a focused mind. Yin Chakra can be enjoyed by students at all levels.
Create fluid movement with a concentration on energy flow coordinated with the breath. Breathing techniques are used to engage the practitioner with their life force (the breath). Flowing through different sequences with a concentration on different joints and relating parts of the body. All classes end with a guided meditation that focuses on a centering thought and awareness.
Free Flow Yoga
A creative space to explore different disciplines, geared from beginner to all level.
Slow things down a bit and gradually work your way into the postures. Transitions are kept simple and modifications are given to help you adapt the practice to your unique body. Suitable for all levels.
Rise & Shine Yoga
Start your day with a burst of energy and joy in this class designed for all levels of yoga practitioners. Includes breath work, deep stretching and traditional yoga poses to strengthen and cleanse the mind and body.
Restorative yoga class is a sequence of only 5 or 6 poses supported by props, held for 5-10 minutes each. These poses allow the person to fully relax and restore. The poses include child’s pose, gentle twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends. Light music, chanting, mantras, and meditation are used to inspire an even more friendly and relaxed environment.
Space & Stability
This class is designed for all levels and is appropriate for practicing either on a yoga mat or chair. Practice focus is on awareness and alignment, to improve balance and stability, and on opening spaces which feel tight due to emotional and or physical factors. All stretches and poses can be modified to suit any level of practice.
This flow emphasizes the sequential movement between postures coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The practice becomes a moving meditation that creates integrates strength, flexibility, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Some yoga experience recommended.
This style of practice blends the richness of Chinese philosophy with yoga poses, with some tai chi and qi gong. You can expect a slow flow into yin – longer held postures. The power and uniqueness of this style involves exploring the wisdom offered by the Five Elements: Water, Fire, Wood, Metal and Earth on and off the mat.” All levels welcome.
Yoga Flow is an all levels vinyasa flow class designed to be challenging, moderately paced and offer various options to suit multiple skill levels. From child’s pose to arm balances, students are given the opportunity to choose the skill level that suits them with room to expand their practice. Expect to gain strength, flexibility and a positive mindset in this fun upbeat class.
Yoga with Meditation
This class is suitable for both beginners and seasoned students of yoga and meditation. Through movement, breathing and meditation, students will be guided and encouraged to develop a regular practice that addresses not only their physical health, but more importantly their mental health as well. All are welcome.
Lengthen & Strengthen: Pilates
The goal of this class is to find space and lengthen through movement. Using the wall and different props, we will balance the pelvis, and move through the concepts of tensegrity and core connections. The class will move from opening and lengthening, to stabilizing core work to help keep your newfound embodied space.
Yoga Wall Playground
Creative Play is Powerful! Cultivate alignment and build strength, flexibility and a sense of playfulness through practice that includes creative play with the yoga wall and ropes. Challenge yourself to explore poses with variations for different levels so you can take one progressive step at a time.
