- Registration opens 49 hours before class start time
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early
- Classes with zero enrollment may be canceled
- Waitlist spots open 5 minutes before class
No-Show Policy
Members who do not attend a registered class will incur a $15 no-show fee. You may cancel up to one hour before class to avoid the fee.

Do I need to register for Group Exercise classes?
Yes. Registration is required for all Group Exercise classes. You can register through the All Sport App, at the front desk, or by calling 845-896-5678.
When does registration open?
Registration opens 49 hours before the class start time.
What happens if I’m late to class?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. Class spots may be released to the waitlist 5 minutes before class begins.
What is the no-show policy?
Members who do not attend a class they are registered for will be charged a $15 no-show fee. You may cancel up to one hour before class to avoid the fee.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Many classes are beginner-friendly and instructors provide modifications. If you’re new, look for All Levels, Beginner, Low-Impact, or Active Aging classes.
What should I bring to class?
Comfortable workout clothing, water, and a towel. Yoga mat required classes are noted on the schedule.
Do I need experience for specialty classes like Barre, Pilates, or Bounce?
No experience is required unless otherwise noted. Instructors will guide you through proper form and options.
What if a class has no one registered?
Classes with zero enrollment may be canceled.
Can I join a waitlist?
Yes. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Available spots open 5 minutes prior to class start time.

Is Group Exercise included in my membership?
Yes, Group Exercise classes are included with most memberships unless otherwise specified.
I’m new to Group Exercise — where should I start?
Start with All Levels Yoga, Cycle, Strength Conditioning, Barre Fusion, or Active Aging classes. Our instructors are happy to help you feel comfortable your first time.
