On guard, fence! Students will learn the proper stance, basic foot- and blade work, and the fundamental techniques. Learn through exercises and games that strengthen the body and improve mobility.
Kid's Night Out
It’s a night out for the kids, and a break for the parents. The evening’s agenda: swimming, movie, gym games, arts & crafts, healthy snack, and of course, FUN!

Boxing for Juniors
Fall I – September 22 – November 3
Fall II – November 10 – December 22 (No Class on November 24)
The beginner level boxing clinic works on footwork, conditioning, defensive moves and punches using heavy and speed bags.
Fall I – September 17 – October 29
Fall II – November 5 – December 17
This clinic teaches the fundamentals of racquetball, which includes: fore- and backhand, game rules, serves and returns, and strategies.
Fall I: September 8 – September 29
Fall II: October 6 – October 27
A fast, fun way to learn this wonderful sport! Our clinic is taught by a USPTA & PTR Certifies Tennis Professional.
Kids In Motion
Fall I: Starts September 18
Develop gross motor skills through activities that utilize an assortment of equipment to fun, upbeat music.
Fall I: September 21 – November 3
Kids explore the basics and fundamentals of ballet and dance.
