Boxing for Juniors

Spring I – April 6 – May 18 (no class 4/20)

Spring II – June 1 – June 29

The beginner level boxing clinic works on footwork, conditioning, defensive moves and punches using heavy and speed bags.

Fencing

Spring I: April 2 – May 13

Spring II: May 21 – June 25

Designed as an introduction to the sport of fencing. Students learn proper stance, basic footwork and footwork, and the beginning tactics to the game.

Kid's Night Out

It’s a night out for the kids, and a break for the parents. The evening’s agenda: swimming, movie, gym games, arts & crafts, healthy snack, and of course, FUN!

This clinic teaches the fundamentals of racquetball, which includes: fore- and backhand, game rules, serves and returns, and strategies.

Youth HIIT

Keep the younger ones active, too! This modified HIIT session is made for youth ages 12 – 18 who want to keep a competitive edge during the off-season, or just want to come have a great workout session. Held in The Training Zone.

Kids in Motion

Gross motor development class that includes activities utilizing an assortment of equipment to fun upbeat music. The focus of this class is on structure, hand-eye coordination, balance and listening skills.
