Boxing for Juniors
Winter I – January 12 – February 16
Winter II – February 23 – March 30
The beginner level boxing clinic works on footwork, conditioning, defensive moves and punches using heavy and speed bags.

Designed as an introduction to the sport of fencing. Students learn proper stance, basic footwork and footwork, and the beginning tactics to the game.
Kid's Night Out
It’s a night out for the kids, and a break for the parents. The evening’s agenda: swimming, movie, gym games, arts & crafts, healthy snack, and of course, FUN!

This clinic teaches the fundamentals of racquetball, which includes: fore- and backhand, game rules, serves and returns, and strategies.

A youth developmental program using basketball as a vehicle to help guide tomorrows leaders. Utilizing sports discipline to trickle over into our lives off the court for self-improvement and awareness. Build confidence, understand your power, and use your energy to be the best you can be on and off the court.
