At our club, we believe in creating an environment where all members and staff feel valued, respected, and safe. To achieve this, we have established a set of rules and expectations that promote mutual respect and dignity for all.

Not that we like enforcing rules, but we aim to keep our environment safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please find (and follow!) our club policies as listed below.


Our club is built on the foundation of mutual respect, emphasizing the importance of treating all members and staff with dignity and courtesy at all times.

Respecting Staff:
As valued members of our community, our staff works diligently to ensure a positive and safe environment for everyone. Please extend the same courtesy and respect to our staff as you would to fellow members. Engaging in open and respectful communication with our team is vital in maintaining a harmonious club atmosphere.


All Sport is a smoke-free campus, which means smoking, vaping, and the like are strictly prohibited. All Sport is a family club, and profanity is strongly frowned upon.

All Sport is an 80,000 sq. ft. facility with a wide variety of studio spaces, classes, and amenities. Each space in our club requires a minimum age limit to participate in:

Group Exercise Classes – 12 years old
Cardio Room – 12 years old
Free Weights Room – 14 years old

Kids under the age of 12 years old must be enrolled in Kids Club if not with a parent/guardian. Kids are not permitted to be left unattended under 12 years old while taking classes, working out, etc. If you have any questions about age requirements, please see our Membership Team.

Throughout the club, there are various common areas where members can relax in between classes and activities. As a courtesy to fellow members and staff working throughout the club, please use headphones while listening to music, playing games on your phone, watching videos, etc. The sound travels and can be disruptive in these areas.


We love that you want to share the All Sport experience with friends and family! Please take note to our club’s Guest Policy:

• Guests MUST be accompanied by a Member.
• If you’d like to bring a guest, please see a Membership Coordinator to arrange the details for your guest’s visit.
• The Guest Fee is $25 per day, per guest.
• Guest visits are limited to one visit every two months..
• The guest must be 18 years or older and provide photo ID.
• Must sign Liability Waiver upon entering the facility.


When taking photos or videos in our club, it is important to respect the privacy of our members. By following these guidelines, we can ensure that everyone’s privacy is respected and that our club remains a safe and welcoming environment for all members. Here are some guidelines to follow:

  • Avoid including other members in your shots: When capturing moments in our club, be mindful that you are not including other members in your photos or videos. This will help protect their privacy.
  • Do not photograph or video in private areas: Private areas such as locker rooms, pools, hot tub areas, and saunas/steam rooms are off-limits for photography and videography. It is strictly prohibited to take pictures or record videos in these areas.
  • No tripods: These are handy tools to capture footage, but create a trip hazard to fellow members. Using tripods are prohibited in the club.


These amenities are wonderful ways to de-stress and recover after a workout. There are some important rules to follow while using them. Please note that nudity is prohibited, and appropriate attire (such as bathing suits) are required to be worn in any of these areas. Flip Flops are encouraged when using these amenities. As mentioned above, cell phone use is not allowed to protect the privacy of fellow members.


Aquatics is a wonderful low-impact workout. We ask that you be courteous of fellow members waiting to use the Lap Lanes and limit yourself to 30 minutes in such instances. Appropriate and proper swim attire must be worn in this area.

Pool Lap Lanes can be reserved during designated times on the schedule. To reserve, please visit or call the Front Desk or use the App. Please remember to cancel your booking if you are unable to make it, so other members may have the chance to utilize that spot.


Please refrain from making voice or video calls while on the club floor, in or around classes, and in the locker rooms. If you must make a call, please find a lounge space and be mindful of your noise level.


Everyone must display good sportsmanship. Individuals conducting themselves in anti-social manners will be asked to leave the gymnasium or court. This includes, but is not limited to, unsportsmanlike conduct, profanity, ‘trash-talking,’ foul language, equipment misuse, playing music from personal devices, or the destruction of equipment. Please be considerate of other members who may be waiting, and avoid occupying equipment while on your phone. When you are finished using a piece of equipment, please return it to its proper location so that it is available for others to use. Please also remember to re-rack your weights and wipe down your equipment when you’re finished.

Sneakers must be worn at all times in the Free Weight Room and Crocs are not allowed to be worn in this area. The only exception for sneakers to be worn is while using the Deadlift Platform.


To secure your spot in class, make sure to book in advance and arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to allow time to set up. Please note that your spot may be forfeited if you are not in class at the start time. If you’re unable to attend a class, make sure to unenroll from class to cancel your booking to free up space for others.

For everyone’s safety, please do not enter a class that has already started. In addition, no bags are to be brought to class and left on the floor. This creates an unsafe environment for members and staff. Please utilize our lockers if you bring a bag into the club.


Kids Club services are offered to parents and caregivers, so they can get that workout in. Please note that parents and caregivers must remain on All Sport property while their child is in Kids Club. We ask that reservations be made in advance to secure your spot, and per CDC guidelines, any child displaying signs of illness should be kept at home. If a child was home sick from school, please do not send your child to Kids Club.


Keep your belongings, including bags, coats, and jackets, locked in a locker to help keep our spaces and group fitness studios clear and help avoid injury to other members. All Sport is not responsible for items left unattended or unlocked. Please note that bikes and scooters cannot be left in the entranceway of the club and must be secured in our bike rack outside. 

Failure to abide by any rules and guidelines in place by All Sport could result in suspension or termination of membership. Our goal is to create a community atmosphere where everyone feels safe to work on their health and wellness.

  • Guests are welcome with a guest fee.
  • Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult member over the age of 21 years old.
  • Outside food, coolers, glass containers, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. You may bring in water in a small 6 pack bag.
  • Deliveries by outside food vendors are not permitted.
  • Swim masks, swim fins, and inflatable tubes are not permitted. Only Aquajoggers and USCG approved devices are allowed.
  • Skateboards, roller blades, bicycles and water guns are not permitted.
  • The All Sport Outdoor Club is a smoke-free facility.
  • Inclement weather may change the hours of operation or cause the cancellation of activities. Please call ahead to check.
  • The Adult Pool and Whirlpool areas are limited to members and guests 18 years or older.
  • All Sport is not responsible for personal property.


  • Must be 18 years or older to be in Adult Pool area.
  • Please shower off before entering the pool.
  • No running, pushing, or diving.
  • No glass containers allowed in pool area.
  • No beverages in the water.
  • Proper swim attire required. Water shoes are recommended.

  • No glass containers allowed in pool area.
  • Masks, fins, snorkels, rafts, and toys made out of hard plastic are not permitted for safety reasons.
  • Only floatation devices allowed are USCG approved.
  • No spitting, urinating, or defecating.


  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times!
  • Swim at your own risk.
  • The Kiddie Pool is for children five years old and younger. Older children should swim in the Family Pool.
  • Proper swim attire required. Water shoes are recommended.
  • Swim diapers must be worn if not potty trained.
  • No horseplay. No loud offensive language.
  • No excessive splashing.
  • No glass containers allowed in pool area.
  • Masks, fins, snorkels, rafts, and toys made out of hard plastic are not permitted for safety reasons.
