Supporting Our Community
A strong and healthy community is just as important as a strong and healthy body.
The Giving Tree
All Sport has partnered with Hudson Valley House of Hope to benefit families in need of community support this holiday season. Our Giving Tree is set up in the lobby, full of paper ornaments, each containing a personal gift wish. Grab an ornament, and return the corresponding unwrapped gift to All Sport by December 13, 2021 for the gifts to be delivered in time for the holidays.
The Giving Tree allows families the opportunity to celebrate during a difficult period of their lives. These gifts not only offer hope but show these families that they are not alone.
Salute to Our Veterans
From November 1st to November 11th, we will have U.S. tribute flags for sale at the front desk to show our patriotism and support for American Heroes. Each tribute flag comes with a yellow dedication ribbon for sponsors to write the name of someone they’d like to honor or remember. This year the proceeds will benefit Castle Point VA here in the Hudson Valley.
All Sport has many members and staff who are active or retired military personnel, or have family and close friends who have served or continue to serve our country. Salute to Our Veterans is our way of thanking those in our own community who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.
Real Men Wear Pink
All Sport Health and Fitness raised $2,784 to benefit Real Men Wear Pink of the Hudson Valley in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
Real Men Wear Pink gives men a leadership role in the fight against breast cancer. Community leaders around the nation use the power of pink to raise awareness and money for the American Cancer Society’s breast cancer initiatives, including innovative research, patient services, and education around screenings and risk reduction. It’s one important way we’re attacking cancer from every angle.
Paws and Poses: Puppy Yoga
Paws and Poses at All Sport is a puppy yoga adoption event to benefit C.A.R.E: Compassionate Animal Rescue Efforts of Dutchess County. C.A.R.E is a “no kill” non-profit based in Wappingers.
