How do I Win the Challenge?
When signing up for the challenge a portion of your $149 will be put into a prize pot, the more people, the larger the prize. When you start the challenge, we will do an overall assessment with our Inbody machine and take before photos. At the end of the challenge will we look over muscle gain, body fat loss, club check ins, comparing the before and after photos, and more. Once everything is tallied and the numbers are in, we will announce two winners, one male, one female at our Wrap Up celebration on 7/13/2024.

For the MAX Package, competitors get five 30-minute sessions with one of our expert personal trainers. Here at All Sport Health and Fitness we’re home to over 15 personal trainers with expertise in a multitude of different facets of the fitness industry. We pride ourselves on staying up to date with the ever-changing fitness industry, ensuring you get the best experience during your workout programs. All of our trainers are certified through either NASM, ISSA, ACE, NCCPT, or NCSF which brings a heightened level of expertise for clients and reassurance you are training with the best.
