Your first session is all about getting to know you—your body, your goals, and your movement patterns—so we can give you the most effective, personalized stretch possible.

What to Expect

During your first stretch, your NASM-Certified Stretch Coach will begin with a consultation to discuss your lifestyle, movement habits, areas of tightness, and goals. Next, you’ll go through a gentle movement assessment so we can see how your body moves. From there, you’ll experience a personalized 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. To finish, we’ll recommend a stretch plan tailored to your goals—whether you’re aiming for athletic performance, better mobility, or taking your first step into a fitness routine.

Before you arrive, please wear grip socks for safety and stability (available for purchase if needed), take a short walk to warm up your muscles, and remember to hydrate for the best results.

DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO START?

Not at all—our stretches are designed for every level of flexibility.

WILL IT HURT?

You may feel a deep stretch, but never pain. We’ll work within your comfort level and communicate throughout.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Athletic or comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks are required.

DO I NEED TO WARM UP BEFORE MY SESSION?

Yes! Arrive a few minutes early to take a short walk or light warm-up to prepare your muscles.

CAN I BOOK MORE SESSIONS RIGHT AWAY?

Absolutely! Many clients notice improvements after one session and choose a package for ongoing results.
