Questions?
We’ve got answers!
HOW DO I BOOK MY FIRST SESSION?
You can book our stretch session by calling us at 845-896-5678, or stop by in person. Booking at least 3–5 days in advance gives you the best selection of times.
CAN I CHOOSE MY STRETCH COACH?
Yes, based on availability. If you have a preference, mention it when booking, and we’ll do our best to match you.
DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO START?
Not at all. Many clients come to us because they aren’t flexible and want to improve. We meet you where you are.
I’VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE—CAN I STILL COME?
Absolutely. Assisted stretching is a great entry point into fitness. It’s gentle, guided, and low-impact, making it perfect for beginners.
WHAT’S THE AGE REQUIREMENT?
Sessions are designed for adults 18 and older. Younger participants interested in stretchability can contact us directly for options.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION
WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY FIRST STRETCH?
We start with a brief conversation to learn about your body, lifestyle, and goals. Then we guide you through a light movement assessment to see how your body moves. From there, you’ll enjoy a personalized assisted stretch. We finish with recommendations for your ongoing plan.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 25-MINUTE AND A 50-MINUTE SESSION?
25 minutes: Focused on 2–3 muscle groups or areas of concern.
50 minutes: Allows for a full-body stretch or a mix of full-body and targeted work.
WILL I BE SORE AFTERWARD?
You might feel a little muscle tightness or light soreness the next day—similar to the feeling after a good workout. This is normal and usually goes away quickly.
WILL IT HURT?
You should feel a deep, satisfying stretch, but never sharp pain. Your coach will communicate with you the entire time and adjust pressure as needed.
CAN I TALK DURING THE STRETCH?
Yes—communication is important so we can keep you in a safe and comfortable range.
IS THIS LIKE MASSAGE?
No. Assisted stretching focuses on guided, active and passive movements to improve flexibility and mobility. We do not provide massage, bodywork, or therapeutic treatment.
PREPARING FOR YOUR STRETCH
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear athletic or comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion—leggings, shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops work well. Avoid overly baggy clothing that may restrict movement.
DO I NEED GRIP SOCKS?
Yes, for safety, traction, and hygiene. You can bring your own or purchase them at in our Stretchability Studio.
DO I NEED TO WARM UP?
Yes. Light movement before your session—like walking on a treadmill or around the block—helps your muscles respond better to stretching.
SHOULD I EAT BEFORE MY SESSION?
A light snack is fine, but avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before your stretch.
DO I NEED TO BRING WATER?
Yes, staying hydrated helps improve muscle elasticity and comfort during stretching — and we’ve got complimentary water available, too!
DO I NEED TO SHOWER FIRST?
Not required, but if you’ve just worked out or are sweaty, a quick rinse can make the experience more comfortable.

DO PACKAGES EXPIRE?

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but sessions will still end at the scheduled time to stay on track for other clients.
RESULTS & PROGRESS
HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Many clients feel immediate improvement in flexibility and movement. For long-term results, consistent sessions are key.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
For performance or mobility goals, 1–2 sessions per week are ideal. For maintenance, once or twice a month may be sufficient.
WILL ASSISTED STRETCHING REPLACE MY WORKOUTS?
No—it’s designed to complement your fitness routine, not replace it.
DOES ASSISTED STRETCHING HELP PREVENT INJURY?
Improved flexibility, mobility, and muscle balance can reduce your risk of strains and movement-related injuries.
