Master Your Movements and Habits Workshop: Flow and Control with Stine

Master Your Movement is a dynamic series of classes designed to help you move better, train smarter, and recover stronger. This well-rounded program goes beyond the workout, combining strength, mobility, and education to build a more efficient and resilient body.

Participants will experience a blend of hands-on training and practical workshops, including foam rolling for recovery, calisthenics for bodyweight strength and control, and a yoga-based strength flow using light weights to improve mobility and stability. In addition, educational sessions on smart programming and eating for recovery will give you the tools to train with purpose and fuel your body for optimal performance.
