This interactive nutrition class shows you simple ingredient swaps that lower sugar, boost protein, and improve nutrition while keeping the foods you love tasting great. This class teaches you how to build effective workouts for the days you’re not training with a coach. Learn how to choose the right exercises, balance strength and cardio, and structure your sessions so you keep making progress without overtraining. Learn how to eat after hard workouts to repair muscle, reduce soreness, and come back stronger for your next session. This class covers the right balance of protein, carbs, hydration, and timing so your body can recover faster and perform better. You’ll also get simple, real-food meal ideas you can use immediately.

Who can join the challenge?
Anyone 18+ looking to push their fitness to the next level! You don’t have to be an All Sport member to participate. Plus, non-members who sign up for a membership before the challenge kicks off will receive a special offer!
How do I sign up?
Register at the front desk
Do I need to attend specific classes to earn points?
No! You can earn points through a variety of activities, including workouts, hydration, and nutrition tracking. But the challenge specialty classes give you extra opportunities!
What’s the difference between BASIC and MAX?
The MAX Challenge gives you everything in BASIC plus unlimited Ascend classes to rack up extra points and personal training sessions to accelerate your progress and results.
What if I miss a week?
No worries! The challenge is designed for consistency, but you can always make up points in other ways.
How do I track my points?
Use your challenge card to check off activities, and submit proof (like class check-ins or social media posts) when required.
How do I win the cash prize?
The top male and female with the most impressive body transformation over the 8 weeks will take home the cash! Make sure to complete your before and after check-ins to be eligible.
