A Beginner’s Guide to Meditation

This 90-minute workshop teaches fundamental meditation techniques and their benefits to help participants become self-sufficient meditators. It includes practicing and discussing various simple meditation and breathing exercises, suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.

All are welcome to attend. No Experience necessary, chairs will be provided
