Cycle

Stationary cycling. Great music and an instructor that will motivate you as you spin your wheels! Must sign up.

Cycle Express

30 Minutes of intervals to great current music. Must sign up.

Cycle & Toning

A 45-minute cycle interval class that includes weights for muscle toning! Must sign up.

STRENGTH

LES MILLS™ -- BodyCombat

“Release Your Inner Warrior!” – LES MILLS™
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, you punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This class is designed to tone and shape, increase strength and endurance, and builds self-confidence. Combat is for everyone with moderate fitness levels – simple moves, don’t need to be well-coordinated.

LES MILLS™ -- BodyStep

“Your Legs Will Love It, Eventually” – LES MILLS™
This fast-paced, explosive step workout that will leave you upbeat and ready for more. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Step improves heart and lung fitness, agility, and coordination, and increases strength and endurance. Too uncoordinated? It usually takes a few classes before you start to feel “in flow” on the step but don’t give up! You can change the intensity of the workout by changing the height of your step.

“Lean, Strong, Unstoppable” – LES MILLS™
Barbell weight class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight – room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Pump increases strength and endurance, tones and shapes, and helps maintain bone health.

30 minutes of butt-busting and ab-sculpting exercises!

Sculpt

Muscle sculpting and toning exercises.

Shred & Tone

Challenging the smaller muscles constantly in different ways & angles in order to prevent any stubborn plateaus. Exercises using small hand & ankle weights along with heart pumping dance style cardio. 

Seniors in Training

Designed to help seniors improve balance, coordination, and build bone density. This program includes doing some exercises from a chair and using light weights to help prevent injury to stop the further development of Osteoporosis.

Senior Fitness

A 45 minute class focusing in on elements of functional fitness; cardio vascular heath, strength, mobility, flexility, breath-work, and balance. All work is done standing or with the use of the wall. Props include light weight and resistance bands. Cardio work is done with bodyweight in circuit form.

DANCE

Zumba®

Dance your way to a fitter you using unique Latin moves and rhythms.  Modifications given.

Zumba® Gold

For the active older adult population & students just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle who want to join the fitness party.

Dare2Dance

Dance & tone with energetic routines coupled w/ toning exercises to achieve maximal results. 

Step

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

Sculpt

Muscle sculpting and toning exercises.

Urban Dance

Get ready to dance your heart out to the best Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Dancehall, and EDM tracks. Easy to learn choreography will have you looking and feeling your best after every class. 

PILATES / BARRE

Barre

A non-impact, total mind-body workout that combines light weights, intense lower body work at the barre and an abdominal sequence. The exercises are balanced by deep, active stretches to create the long lean muscles dancers have!

Barre Fusion

Join us for a total body barefoot sculpting class. You will roll out your mat and utilize props such as bands, weights, magic circle and more all set to an upbeat playlist. Come sculpt, lengthen and flow in this low impact fusion class. All levels welcome!

Barre HIIT
Barre Hiit is an upbeat fusion class adding cardio bursts into our low impact traditional thigh and glute barre exercises.   Barre Hiit will elevate your heart rate, helping you burn calories faster while strengthening and toning your entire body. Class will focus on cardio core, in-depth body weight movement and a lengthening cool down to bring our heart rates back down to earth.  
 
Barre Express
A 30 minute barefoot, lightweight sculpt class. This class is non-impact and you will sculpt, lengthen, strengthen, and flow. 
 
Pilates

A system of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Focus is on the core – the abdominals and back of the body.

Pilates Challenge

Intensive Pilates choreography that builds from core basics. Knowledge of basic Pilates required.

Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion is a mat based Pilates workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance and overall body awareness. The class will work on lengthening and strengthening the muscles while giving you a full body workout. This high energy class utilizes the magic circle, theraband, small ball, light weights and roller to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. The class is fun and fluid- a great compliment to any mind/body practice!
Pilates Core
Develop core strenght using roller, rings and bands. 
Total Body Fusion
Join us for a total body barefoot sculpting class. You will roll out your mat and utilize props such as bands, weights, magic circle and more all set to an upbeat playlist. Come sculpt, lengthen and flow in this low impact fusion class. All levels welcome!
Flexibility

If you are looking to improve your range of motion, this is the class for you! Accessing yoga and dance training techniques as well as using weights, straps and blocks we will safely explore ways to increase mobility. All levels are welcome but be ready to work hard, we’ll get long AND strong!

Tai Chi -- Introduction

An ancient practice that helps ght away today’s stress. Originally created as a self-defense program, Tai Chi has transitioned into a martial art that consists of a series of slow, graceful movements that increase the body’s strength, range of motion, and overall balance and flow.

Tai Chi -- Advanced

An ancient Chinese martial art that consists of series of slow movements that increase body strength, range of motion and overall balance. These movements are designed to increase the flow of chi or vital energy.

WATER

Deep Water

Aerobic and muscle toning exercises done in the deep end of the pool while wearing a flotation device. Includes deep water and toning work.

Waterworks

Aerobics in the pool. Non-swimmers are welcome. Includes toning exercises.
50+ Waterworks – designed for our mature members. Fun and flexibility are stressed.

H20 Body Blast

H2O Body Blast is a high intensity water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym! This is special because it isa cross-training of swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardio exercises. Whether you’re a recreational swimmer or you have an extensive swimming background, this class will push you to your limit!

YOGA

All Levels Yoga

A gentle form of exercise that seeks to unite mind, body and spirit. The focus is on long stretches in various yoga postures, combined with slow, deep breathing. Energize your body, improve flexibility and reduce back pain.

Chair Yoga

This class is designed for members with limit abilities of holding regular poses, getting down & up off the floor.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga class is a sequence of only 5 or 6 poses supported by props, held for 5-10 minutes each. These poses allow the person to fully relax and restore. The poses include childs pose, gentle twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends. Light music, chanting, mantras, and meditation are used to  inspire even more friendly and relaxed environment

Beginner Yoga

This is an entry level class which is great for a true beginner or someone who hasn’t taken a class in a while. 

Yoga Fundamentals

Get the basic knowledge of yoga in this 60-minute beginner class.

Gentle Yoga

Slow things down a bit and gradually work your way into the postures. Transitions are kept simple and modifications are given to help you adapt the practice to your unique body. Suitable for all levels.

Level 2 Yoga

 One must have some yoga experience and be ready to attempt inversions.

Align & Flow

A yoga class designed to help you deeply focus your awareness. Through paying attention to details such as alignment and breath as you move through your practice.

Energize & Align
This all levels Yoga class is an alignment focused flow class. It will increase your understanding of transitions between Yoga postures (asanas) while deepening your awareness and understanding of proper alignment all while utilizing breath work (pranayama). This class will teach you to energize your postures through a Vinyasa style flow while still focusing on well aligned posture. Beginner yogis welcome, modifications will be offered if needed.
Yoga Flow
You with flow from one posture to the next, with or without holding. A meditation in motion, these classes are designed to build flexibility and strength while linking your movement with your breath. Yoga experience recommended.
Power Hour
Take your yoga practice up a notch. With a strong focus on core strength, alignment and stamina, this Vinyasa based class will challenge and change you. Previous yoga experience is recommended, athletic beginners welcome.
Power Yoga

A vigorous and flowing style of yoga in which the breath is used to move from one pose to another, concentrating on strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa

A challenging style of yoga in which asanas flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.

YOGA WALL

Gentle

This class moves at a slower pace, giving you time to settle into the postures and pay attention to your breath. The wall straps assist the postures with support and resistance, and help to gently traction the spine. All Levels.

Gentle Chair

This 60 minute class relieves pressure and allows the muscles to lengthen and release without tension or stress. Great for those with stiff, tight muscles, hips and joints. All ages and levels of practice are welcome and encouraged. This class incorporates a chair, the yoga wall, and a variety of other props. 

Beginner

Learn to use the Wall straps to create body awareness and postural alignment through support and traction. This is geared toward those who are either new to Yoga , but would also be good for those who would like to slow down and fine-tune alignment. Level 1

Stretch and Release

Anchor your pose and expand your movement with agility and lightness. Release, renew and enjoy the advantagen of using our many props, and extended hold and breath, to rejuvenate the body and soul. Level 2.

Intermediate

Use the Yoga Wall to help support and enhance your established Yoga practice. The straps will help you hold postures longer, release tension, improve strength and flexibility, and connect more fully to your breath. Level 2.

Exploration

Find an inner place of awareness as you move your body and breath and settle the mind using more advanced postures. Level 3.
