“Energy is Highly Contagious! ” – LES MILLS™
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals. There are low-impact options so you can enjoy the class regardless of your fitness level, so you don’t need to be especially well-coordinated. Attack is a sports-inspired cardio that is designed to improve agility and coordination, strength and endurance, and improve your heart and lung fitness.

“Release Your Inner Warrior!” – LES MILLS™
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, you punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This class is designed to tone and shape, increase strength and endurance, and builds self-confidence. Combat is for everyone with moderate fitness levels – simple moves, don’t need to be well-coordinated.

“Your Legs Will Love It, Eventually” – LES MILLS™
This fast-paced, explosive step workout that will leave you upbeat and ready for more. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Step improves heart and lung fitness, agility, and coordination, and increases strength and endurance. Too uncoordinated? It usually takes a few classes before you start to feel “in flow” on the step but don’t give up! You can change the intensity of the workout by changing the height of your step.

Challenging the smaller muscles constantly in different ways & angles in order to prevent any stubborn plateaus. Exercises using small hand & ankle weights along with heart pumping dance style cardio.
Seniors in Training
Designed to help seniors improve balance, coordination, and build bone density. This program includes doing some exercises from a chair and using light weights to help prevent injury to stop the further development of Osteoporosis.
A 45 minute class focusing in on elements of functional fitness; cardio vascular heath, strength, mobility, flexility, breath-work, and balance. All work is done standing or with the use of the wall. Props include light weight and resistance bands. Cardio work is done with bodyweight in circuit form.
Dance your way to a fitter you using unique Latin moves and rhythms. Modifications given.
For the active older adult population & students just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle who want to join the fitness party.

PILATES / BARRE
A non-impact, total mind-body workout that combines light weights, intense lower body work at the barre and an abdominal sequence. The exercises are balanced by deep, active stretches to create the long lean muscles dancers have!
Join us for a total body barefoot sculpting class. You will roll out your mat and utilize props such as bands, weights, magic circle and more all set to an upbeat playlist. Come sculpt, lengthen and flow in this low impact fusion class. All levels welcome!
A system of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Focus is on the core – the abdominals and back of the body.
Intensive Pilates choreography that builds from core basics. Knowledge of basic Pilates required.
Total Body Fusion
If you are looking to improve your range of motion, this is the class for you! Accessing yoga and dance training techniques as well as using weights, straps and blocks we will safely explore ways to increase mobility. All levels are welcome but be ready to work hard, we’ll get long AND strong!

An ancient practice that helps ght away today’s stress. Originally created as a self-defense program, Tai Chi has transitioned into a martial art that consists of a series of slow, graceful movements that increase the body’s strength, range of motion, and overall balance and flow.

An ancient Chinese martial art that consists of series of slow movements that increase body strength, range of motion and overall balance. These movements are designed to increase the flow of chi or vital energy.
Aerobic and muscle toning exercises done in the deep end of the pool while wearing a flotation device. Includes deep water and toning work.

H20 Body Blast
H2O Body Blast is a high intensity water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym! This is special because it isa cross-training of swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardio exercises. Whether you’re a recreational swimmer or you have an extensive swimming background, this class will push you to your limit!
All Levels Yoga
A gentle form of exercise that seeks to unite mind, body and spirit. The focus is on long stretches in various yoga postures, combined with slow, deep breathing. Energize your body, improve flexibility and reduce back pain.
This class is designed for members with limit abilities of holding regular poses, getting down & up off the floor.
Restorative yoga class is a sequence of only 5 or 6 poses supported by props, held for 5-10 minutes each. These poses allow the person to fully relax and restore. The poses include childs pose, gentle twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends. Light music, chanting, mantras, and meditation are used to inspire even more friendly and relaxed environment
This is an entry level class which is great for a true beginner or someone who hasn’t taken a class in a while.
Get the basic knowledge of yoga in this 60-minute beginner class.
Slow things down a bit and gradually work your way into the postures. Transitions are kept simple and modifications are given to help you adapt the practice to your unique body. Suitable for all levels.
Level 2 Yoga
One must have some yoga experience and be ready to attempt inversions.
Align & Flow
A yoga class designed to help you deeply focus your awareness. Through paying attention to details such as alignment and breath as you move through your practice.
Energize & Align
A vigorous and flowing style of yoga in which the breath is used to move from one pose to another, concentrating on strength and flexibility.
A challenging style of yoga in which asanas flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.
This class moves at a slower pace, giving you time to settle into the postures and pay attention to your breath. The wall straps assist the postures with support and resistance, and help to gently traction the spine. All Levels.
This 60 minute class relieves pressure and allows the muscles to lengthen and release without tension or stress. Great for those with stiff, tight muscles, hips and joints. All ages and levels of practice are welcome and encouraged. This class incorporates a chair, the yoga wall, and a variety of other props.
Learn to use the Wall straps to create body awareness and postural alignment through support and traction. This is geared toward those who are either new to Yoga , but would also be good for those who would like to slow down and fine-tune alignment. Level 1
Stretch and Release
Anchor your pose and expand your movement with agility and lightness. Release, renew and enjoy the advantagen of using our many props, and extended hold and breath, to rejuvenate the body and soul. Level 2.
Use the Yoga Wall to help support and enhance your established Yoga practice. The straps will help you hold postures longer, release tension, improve strength and flexibility, and connect more fully to your breath. Level 2.
Find an inner place of awareness as you move your body and breath and settle the mind using more advanced postures. Level 3.
